Our History

Bill Morgan has been in the benefits business for 28 years, working for a regional benefits agency before deciding to take the leap and start his own company. In the fall of 2002, Bill started Morgan Benefits on the third floor of his home in University Heights, OH. Downstairs, Bill’s wife Janice was homeschooling their 5 children: Halle, Jackson, Anne, Leah, and William. Since then, Morgan Benefits has grown, and now has offices in Orange Village near the I-271 and Chagrin Boulevard exchange.

From its inception, Bill has maintained a firm commitment to the small business owner.  The agency has also remained committed to the individual and senior markets. Morgan Benefits has a great team of professionals with years of experience and a desire to simplify the ever-changing world of health insurance for our clients.
